Contact forms
Lead generation forms are stored privately in our website database. The answers to the form questions are stored in our customer relationship manager ecosystem. Any personal or private data submitted on any Dovelement LLC or related entity form/agreement is 256 bit AES encrypted and stored privately.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Dovelement LLC and its’ entities are integrated with multiple third party platforms which require certain end user data points. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) policies are strictly adhered to by Dovelement LLC and its’ entities. These policies coincide with our third party data partners. These include, but are not limited to; Stripe, and other extraneous data/service providers.
User journeys throughout our third party partner’s platform adhere to our, and their terms of service.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Data filled in through one of our contact forms or agreements are retained indefinitely, and apply to our 256 bit AES encryption method when applicable.

Contact information is stored in our customer relationship manager, accessible only by salary employees of Dovelement LLC and its’ entities. This information is not available publicly, and is applicable to a 256 bit AES encryption method.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
Public, and private data is subject to 256 bit AES encryption method (when applicable). Any customer data is stored privately, and only accessible by Investacard LLC and its’ entities employees. Username and password required when accessing data. Logins and permissions are monitored by Investacard upper management. Employees have access only to customers that are assigned to their portfolio.
WHAT DATA BREACH PROCEDURES WE HAVE IN PLACE
Dovelement LLC and its’ entities monitor user logins throughout the Dovelement LLC and its’ entities ecosystem. Usernames and passwords are employee specific and cannot be accessed unless on Dovelement LLC premises. Manager data usage is monitored by owners, and subject to Dovelement and its’ entities data breach policies.
